Get stuff done with care and ease. Hi! I am Erika, the human behind Solutions Sandbox. I’m passionate about supporting those who make our communities better, especially those addressing deeply affordable housing, solving homelessness, and improving educational outcomes.

A little bit more about me: I am a social worker, mom, former dementia caregiver, and Richmond lover. I have led teams; facilitated groups, meetings, and trainings; coordinated events for 10-1000; and built programs to support unmet needs of youth and families within housing and education systems. 

With over fifteen years of program and system leadership experience, I understand the complexities and challenges of community-focused work and I am here to help you make a real difference.
